Annie- I just wanted to let you know that I finally got to try an Amy's. It was the black bean enchilada with mexican rice and pintos. It was delicious! Thanks for the tip. :)

Yeah, I don't know what happened with that. It was really quite bizarre. I think one of the settings got reset to the default when I upgraded WordPress or something. Who knows!

You're welcome for the Amy's tip. There's also a couple of wrap/burrito type things too that we've tried before. You know, there's this one other product/brand I buy sometimes that I like a lot and for life of me, can't remember what it is at the moment but it's good too. I'll post it as soon as I remember. ;-) lol

Have a great Easter!

Sure! You're welcome! For a while the comment link wasn't working. I'm glad to see that comments are up and running again. :)

And thanks for the tip on Amy's- I've been seeing them next to the Tandoori Chef and Ethnic Gourmet meals, but haven't had a chance to try them. I'll definitely try one or two the next chance that I get.

Kashi frozen pizzas are pretty tasty. I also like the Amy's brand products. There's a very delicious spinach vegetarian pizza that I really like. And they also have a no cheese/no dairy pizza that is great too. I believe it's a rice flour one, even.

I think my husband would buy those veggie steamer things if I let him. ;-) He likes all that stuff on his vegetables. Me, not so much.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting! I really appreciate it!

Most definitely. I don't have much difficulty avoiding "junk food" since I tend to crave salt more than fat or sugar. However, I've fallen in love with the vegetable steamer products (the kind with the sauce already in- just microwave and serve), and the sauces are definitely not healthy.

On the upside, I've also fallen in love with the Kashi frozen pizzas (7 whole grains, baby!), which I cut into 4 slices (1/3 pizza is a serving), and have with a pickle or two, and maybe fresh popcorn. It helps to keep me from over indulging in the forbidden foods.
